Shipping Policy

General Shipping Information

We ship to most countries worldwide, with the exception of Russia and China.

During peak periods, delivery times may be longer than usual. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days, excluding pre-orders. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided.

Important for air rifles: To maintain quality standards, rifle orders are shipped within 1–5 business days. This allows our team to thoroughly inspect and test each rifle before dispatch.

Address Accuracy

To ensure prompt delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including phone number and street number. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

If a package is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot issue refunds or replacements.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please submit a correction via our submission form immediately. Do not contact the courier directly. We will handle address updates to avoid delivery issues. While we will make every effort to assist, timely corrections cannot be guaranteed.

Direct contact with the courier may cause delivery complications. If the package is lost due to uncoordinated changes, refunds or replacements will not be provided.

Our shipping process is designed to ensure that your order is handled securely and delivered efficiently.

Special Cases by Region

Turkey

Shipping to Turkey can be complex. Customers must contact us through the submission form before placing an order to confirm feasibility and ensure smooth processing.

Countries with Specific Legal Requirements

Some countries have regulations that may require product adjustments (e.g., airguns). Customers in the following countries must contact us via the submission form before ordering to ensure compliance with local laws:

• South Korea
• Taiwan
• Ukraine

Failure to consult us may lead to shipping delays or customs issues.

Legal Compliance

It is your responsibility to ensure that purchasing and possessing our products complies with local laws. Wolfiek Group is not liable for misuse or legal restrictions in your area.

Shipping to the European Union, United Kingdom, and United States

If your order remains in transit for more than 60 days, you may request a refund by completing the submission form. Refunds will be processed 90 days after shipment to allow time for investigation.

Shipping to Other Countries

For non-EU countries (excluding the UK and USA), responsibility for the shipment passes to the buyer once the package leaves Spain. This includes any customs fees, transit delays, or delivery issues in the destination country.

Customs Duties: Buyers are responsible for all import duties and taxes.

After dispatch from Spain, Wolfiek Group cannot be held responsible for transit or customs-related problems, and refunds or replacement shipments cannot be issued for these cases.

Countries We Do Not Ship To

We currently ship worldwide except to Russia and China.
